In The Beginning.....

Marinated Shitake Mushrooms, Chives, Carrots, Cucumber
Red Bell Peppers, Ginger, and Jalapenos




Here are all the different ingredients that were used.

Avocados, Wasabi Powder, Ponzu, Pickled Ginger, Sesame Oil
Sriracha, Soy Sauce, Tofu, Nori, Rice Paddle, Bamboo Chopsticks
and a variety of vegetables




Now comes the fun part of teaching.




Learning the history and basics of Sushi




Whitnee Teaches the Ladies how to hold their fingers
properly in order not to cut them with the knife.
